Sifu Ken Kiehn has been involved with Martial arts since his teenage years and Qigong for 25 years. He has 30 years of teaching experience in college and university setting, and he is now devoting his time to helping people heal and evolve through internal energy arts and meditation.
By practicing Qigong, you can preserve energy as you get older and enhance your quality of life. This practice consists of gentle and slow exercises and offer benefits of flexibility, strengthening, endurance, and longevity.
